Hanging Systems
The Hanging system is a versatile method that uses special spacers (shims), clips, perimeter extrusions (E bars), and Z bars (if needed). This system allows for precise alignment and secure attachment of the ACM panels, ensuring a clean, professional appearance. The flexibility of the Z bars makes it easy to accommodate variations in the building structure, while the E bars provide strong perimeter support.
Male-Female Systems
The Male-Female system employs special L spacers and T profiles to create a strong, interlocking connection between the panels. This method is particularly effective for ensuring tight, secure joints that enhance both the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the facade. The interlocking design also simplifies the installation process, making it an efficient choice for large-scale projects.
Riveted Systems
The Riveted system uses double T spacers and Omega profiles to securely fasten the ACM panels to the building’s substructure. This method is known for its strength and durability, making it ideal for applications where long-term performance is critical. The riveted connections provide a robust mechanical bond, ensuring that the panels remain securely in place even under challenging environmental conditions.
Glued Systems
The Glued system is designed for internal applications, utilizing a substructure of independent angled spacers and ribbed tubes. This system is particularly suited for situations where a seamless, fastener-free appearance is desired. The specialized adhesive ensures a strong bond between the panels and the substructure, while the ribbed tubes provide additional support and alignment.
